Partnership concluded for critical minerals programme

11 April 2026 · 3 min read

AGC and its technical partners have concluded a host-state partnership covering exploration and resource definition across a critical minerals licence package.

The structure places the host state as partner rather than counterparty, with defined local participation and a retained option for in-country downstream processing.

Resource definition will be reported to SAMREC standards under independent competent persons, with full chain-of-custody traceability from pit to port.

AGC's role spans capital formation, technical partner selection and the offtake structuring required to make any subsequent development decision bankable.

This article reflects AGC's views at the date of publication and does not constitute investment advice, an offer or a solicitation.
